Under Mr. Keans leadership, Principia has grown into a successful Colorado based commercial General Contractor.
Kerry Cartmill - VP Operations & Marketing
Kerry has over 30 years of experience in construction and has acquired a wealth of construction management knowledge and experience, having served in every key role of building construction project team, including Estimator, Pre-construction Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive and CEO. His responsibilities include identifying and cultivating client client relationships, recruiting and developing key staff members, overseeing pre-construction efforts, and ensuring that all construction and renovation projects adhere to Principias highest safety and quality standards.
Dana Martin - Project Coordinator
Dans's practical knowledge of all aspects of construction along with her excellent communication skills makes her a valuable bridge between the trademen and our clients. Dana is experienced in managing large budgets with in depth schedules and vast amounts of information. She is also a keen negotiator and her attention to the bottom line results in projects coming in at or below budget. Danas attention to detail and tireless work ethic have earned her the respect of clients and contractors alike.
